Shipping, Handling, and Insurance is charged as a flat rate of $5.00 for all orders under $500 in value, and $15 for all orders over $500 in value. This rate includes all of the auction winning bids and eBay as well. All items are shipped by the US Postal Service, Priority Mail for orders under $500 in value and USPS registered mail for orders over $500 in value. All special requests for shipping by United Parcel Service (UPS), Federal Express, or USPS express mail will be billed at the actual shipping charges. Packaging and shipping will be handled in the most timely fashion as possible, usually within 1-2 days. We will notify you if our travel schedule will impact the shipping date.
You may notify us (by e-mail or phone) within ten days of your receipt of the order that you wish to return any item. All that we ask is that the item is in its original condition. Return shipping will be refunded if the return is due to any error or omission on our part. Promptly notify us and your postmaster of any packages that have been damaged in shipping, or are overdue by more than two weeks.
Trade up Policy
We will accept any gemstone back for 100% of the original purchase price as a credit toward a stone of the same type. (i.e. a return of a ruby that cost $100 as credit of $100 towards another ruby) Please note that the trade in must be in its original condition, please don't let a jeweler hammer an emerald into a bezel setting and expect to use it as a trade up credit in the future.
